THIS IS JUST AN FYI. No one needs to come see it, mostly because it's a bit kafka/satre/twilight zone-ish, and that might not appeal to everyone who likes their theatre straight-up and not neurologically based. Lots and lots of love to everyone, and a very merry christmas!!!!
The email I sent out to friends is below:
Oh Best Beloveds,
I'm in a play! It's part of Neurofest, and it's an impressive, quirky, sad and unexpectedly hilarious play. I'm in it with Peter Bean, Ken Simon, Uma Incrocci and Maxwell Zener. I promise you, it will be an amazing night of theatre!
Please come see me. xo Josephine

STRANGERS and LINGUISH
Written and directed by Edward Einhorn, Untitled Theater Co. #61
LINGUISH posits a disease which causes aphasia, the neurological disorder that takes away one's ability to use language. Four relative strangers are among the first to be affected, and are thrown together in quarantine. As the disease affects them, they ar e forced to try to find new ways to communicate. In STRANGERS a man and a woman are in what seems to be a doctor's waiting room. Is it? If so, what's wrong?
